Wedding Planning Support
While we do highly recommend using Bodas Huatulco or Oh Events for planning events their services are limited to the event itself and we kindly request that you use our staff (concierge, cooks, managers, etc) to organize anything else that you might need during your stay (i.e. meals, theme nights, tours, transportation, reservations, etc).

We work with all budgets. Pricing depends on your headcount, catering, entertainment, and floral choices — not our venue fee, which is included in your stay. Our recommended planners will work with your vision and your numbers.

When to Book
Peak Season (November – April) Books Fast.
We host one wedding at a time and our peak dates fill 12–18 months in advance. Off-season (May – October) offers excellent value with the same complete privacy and clifftop Pacific setting.
