Good to Know
Is the entire property available privately?
Yes. All villas and casitas can be booked as a full resort buyout, exclusively yours. No other guests, no shared spaces with strangers.
What does the cook service include?
Cook service is an optional add-on — not included by default. Your private cook prepares meals from a menu planned with your group in advance. She shops the local markets and prepares everything fresh. Dietary needs and preferences are accommodated. Guests reimburse grocery costs directly — the cook service fee is confirmed at booking.
How do I arrange cook service?
Simply let us know you’d like to add cook service when you inquire. We’ll confirm the fee, send the menu in advance, and your cook will be in touch before you arrive to plan meals around your group.
Can I bring outside vendors?
Yes! We welcome outside photographers, florists, DJs, musicians, wedding planners, and other event professionals. Their services should be limited to the event itself. For all other arrangements during your stay—such as meals, transportation, tours, reservations, or concierge services—we kindly ask that you work with our on-site team (concierge, cooks, managers, etc.) to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please let us know in advance which vendors you plan to bring so Talina can coordinate property access and logistics. Thank you!
What is the minimum stay?
We have a 3 night minimum year round. A 7-night minimum is preferred during peak season (October–April). Off-season stays are more flexible — please inquire.
Is there surf access?
Yes. Huatulco has several excellent surf spots within easy reach. Our concierge can arrange surf lessons, equipment rental, and transport. Best swells May–October.
What activities can you arrange?
Almost anything. Bay tours, snorkeling, scuba diving, river rafting, zip lines, waterfall hikes, ATV tours, fishing, spa services, coffee plantation tours, cultural tours, horseback riding, and more. Share your interests when you inquire and we’ll have a plan ready for your arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are outlined in your reservation agreement and vary by booking type and season. Please inquire directly before confirming.
Is there internet access?
Yes — available throughout most of the property however please keep in mind Las Palmas is designed as a place to slow down, so connectivity is available but not the focus. Ideal for light remote work during extended stays.
